Who we are
Rush Valley (the “App”) is a mobile running game developed by Locco Media. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the App. Questions: destek@loccomedia.com
Stored on your device
Coins, gems, level, the characters and items you own, daily mission progress, your best score and your settings (sound, music, haptics) are stored only on your device. We don’t receive this data. Deleting the App deletes all of it.
Ads (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob to show rewarded ads. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect information such as your IP address, device and operating system details, ad interactions and diagnostics.
- Advertising identifier (IDFA): used only if you allow tracking in the iOS prompt. If you don’t, you can still see ads, but they may be less personalized. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: your ad consent is collected with Google’s consent form. You can change your choice in the App under Settings > Ad privacy options.
- US states: where your state’s law requires it, the App offers a way to opt out of the sale or sharing of your data.

In-app purchases
Gem packs are bought through Apple’s App Store payment system. We don’t see or store your payment details. Purchases are verified by Apple.
Game Center
If you are signed in to Game Center, your best score is sent to the leaderboard and may be visible to other players under your Game Center nickname. This service is provided by Apple and is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy.
Children
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, please contact us.
Your rights
To request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, contact us at destek@loccomedia.com. You can change ad consent and tracking permission at any time in the places described above.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date on this page.

Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Uygulama, ödüllü reklamlar göstermek için Google AdMob kullanır. AdMob; reklamları göstermek, ölçmek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için IP adresi, cihaz ve işletim sistemi bilgileri, reklam etkileşimleri ve tanılama verileri gibi bilgileri toplayabilir.

Uygulama içi satın almalar
Elmas paketleri Apple’ın App Store ödeme sistemi ile satın alınır. Ödeme bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz ve saklamayız. Satın almanın doğrulanması Apple tarafından yapılır.
Game Center
Game Center’a giriş yaptıysanız en yüksek skorunuz liderlik tablosuna gönderilir ve Game Center takma adınızla diğer oyunculara görünebilir. Bu hizmet Apple tarafından sağlanır ve Apple Gizlilik Politikası’na tabidir.
Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamaz. 13 yaşın altındaki bir çocuğun bilgilerinin toplandığını düşünüyorsanız bizimle iletişime geçin.

Kişisel verilerinizle ilgili erişim, düzeltme veya silme talepleriniz için destek@loccomedia.com adresinden bize ulaşabilirsiniz. Reklam iznini ve izleme iznini istediğiniz zaman yukarıda anlatılan yerlerden değiştirebilirsiniz.
